Port Lyttelton . July 2008. Ajr
I've already moaned about the inability of my tiny digital camera to do justice to long-distance bird photographs, so imagine my surprise and delight when I snapped this little beauty yesterday. I couldn't believe my luck. Blur aside, I think it captures a great moment in this little seagull's daily bathing ritual as it rose up out of the puddle.
Observations of Life in New Zealand (and sometimes beyond) through art, architecture, photography, travel, tourism, design, food, the quirky, the bizarre, the comedic - a few of the things I am passionate about. This is my world - a world of contemplations, observations and small adventures.
