Chow, Wellington. April 2009 Ajr I think the guys at Chow in Tory Street thought I was a sad and lonely case when they caught me photographing my lunch the other day. Little do they know is all I can say! I was happier than a pig in mud - all those crispy rice paper rolls with mint, coriander and lemon chilli dipping sauce; those fat little coconut prawn dumplings with kaffir lime and cucumber chilli sauce; and Asian greens with sesame oil and oyster sauce! Dip, chew, swallow, dip, chew, swallow. They couldn't have made it any easier for me and I came away with a mouth singing with ginger, chilli and happiness. www.chow.co.nz
