I spent the day shopping yesterday - or rather, in the company of an Auckland friend who was shopping - and keen to explore the Christchurch fashion scene, we ended up in the very classy Victoria Black in High Street. This is their upstairs Vintage Room - a beautiful space in an old building..... a joy to be in - and to be surrounded by exquisite examples of European, New Zealand and Japanese fashion. www.victoria-black.co.nz
