Here's another example of Napier's colourful mural art.
This time decorating the walls of the city's police station.
I rather like the irony of 'street art' - organised or otherwise - defining the police precinct.
Yes, another one with strong Polynesian and Maori design elements. I though I had more close ups of this on blog...maybe I've yet to show them. I know I took dozens of photos of it. Must revisit "The Graffiti Files."
