is how they got up there?

there was previously a building in that spot...they were on the roof, and painted the wall, then the budling was removed...and bingo
All so obvious really isn't it :-) Especially as it's obviously a fenced off demolition site. I should have put two and two together. Wakey-wakey Adrienne!
