Where 'decaf' is a Dirty Word

Pellegrini's, Melbourne, Australia. Nov.2008. Ajr
Half the fun of visiting Melbourne is hanging out in its hundreds of cafes and no visit is complete without a visit to that institution of coffee dispensing, Pellegrini’s at the top of Bourke Street. It’s where all things Italian reign supreme – charm, good looks, pasta, pizza, indulgent cakes and because they’ve been at it longer than just about any other café in Melbourne (the place harks back to the fifties), they’ve got service down to a fine art. Just plant yourself on one of their stools and everything you want arrives within seconds.
